Men’s costume — Dragon Ball Master Roshi

The Master Roshi costume brings together six parts of the Dragon Ball character’s appearance: an orange buttoned shirt, white shorts, turtle shell, bald head cover, grey beard and sunglasses. The bright clothing contrasts with the large purple shell, creating a different outline from the front and back. It is an adult costume for a character presentation at carnival, a themed gathering or a cosplay event.

Orange shirt and white shorts

The shirt shown in the original photographs has short sleeves, a pointed collar and a row of buttons down the front. Its orange background carries scattered dark characters, including letter shapes such as P, S and O, and purple triangles. The motifs face different directions rather than forming regular horizontal stripes. Their varied positions give the upper garment a busy pattern, while the central button line remains visible.

The white shorts provide a plain lower section beneath the patterned shirt. They finish above the model’s knees and have straight lower edges. The shell on the back

The turtle shell is a substantial oval shape in purple, with a darker outline and polygonal sections across its outer surface. The central panels are larger, with smaller shapes around the perimeter. From behind, it covers much of the model’s back and reaches down towards the shorts. In the side photograph, the curved profile projects beyond the body.

This firm foam component is worn with shoulder straps, like a backpack. Dark straps are also visible over the orange shirt in the front photograph. Its role in the outfit is visual: it supplies the turtle shape associated with the character.

Head cover, beard and glasses

The head cover gives the appearance of a bald scalp. It is shown in a pale tone, with lines visible across the top. The light grey beard extends below the chin and tapers towards its lower edge. The beard is detachable. The beard has a soft texture. These two supplied elements change the head and face outline without requiring you to reproduce the effect with your own hair.

The sunglasses complete the included facial accessories. In the original photograph, the frame has a reddish appearance and the lenses catch the light. Their coloured frame adds a smaller bright accent above the pale beard, beside the light surface of the bald head cover.

Planning the complete character

For a group photograph, you can choose a position that shows the patterned shirt or turn slightly to reveal the shell. For your own styling, choose footwear separately to suit the way you want to present the character.
